Add a Domain for Filtering
Your service is initially set up for users in one domain. The domain resides in your initial user org. If you have additional domains you want to filter, add each domain to an org for filtering.
Follow these steps to add your domain before you change your MX records for the new domain. If you change your MX records before these steps are complete, you may lose mail.

Advanced: If the domain you’re adding resides on a different mail server than your existing domains, add a new email config and map it to that server (see Creating an Email Config). Then come back here and add the domain.

Log in to the Administration Console and click the Orgs & Users tab. Click the Orgs link at the top to go to the Orgs page.
Choose the organization where you want to add the domain from the Choose Org list. If you are not sure which organization to use, choose the organization right below the email config. Email config organizations are marked with a gear

Note: If you have more than one email config, locate the right one for this domain (the one mapped to the domain’s server). Choose an organization below that email config.
Click the Add Domain link associated with this org.

Type your domain name in the New Domain Name field.

Do not enter anything under Domain Alias. If you are adding a domain alias, you will do this later.

Click Save.

If this domain has the same user list as an existing organization, you can change it to a domain alias after you create the domain. For information on how to do this, see Domains with the Same User List.

In most cases, you will now add users. For information on how to do this, see Add / Delete / Move Users.

You do not want to filter mail for your users. For instance, you may be starting a very small trial set.
