Remove Approved Senders

Your Approved Senders list contains a list of domains which are not filtered for spam, and depending on your service and settings, possibly not filtered for Attachment Manager or Content Manager.

However, it is possible for spammers to spoof these domains, and an increasing number of spammers are using this technique to bypass filters.

To reduce spoofed spam, check the Approved Senders list in your user organization and remove any domains that you do not need.
